You will be guided through specific movements that retrain the brain-to-muscle connection, restoring voluntary control and comfort.
Each session includes personalized exercises to help you continue making progress independently between sessions.
First Session €100
Your first session is 90 minutes and includes a full intake and exploration of your goals. The session begins with a conversation about what brings you to Somatics and what you’d like to change or improve. Your posture and movement will also be observed to better understand your body patterns and create a session tailored just for you. This is a gentle and explorative process designed to support reconnecting with ease and awareness in your body.
Follow Up Sessions €90
Each follow-up session lasts 75 minutes. While you may notice results after one session, Somatic learning takes time. The nervous system needs repetition and attention to re-educate long-held muscle patterns. These sessions help deepen awareness, refine movement coordination, and maintain long-lasting comfort and freedom in your body.
5 Session Package €450
For those ready to fully commit to their Somatic journey, the 5-session package includes the first 90-minute session plus four 75-minute follow-up sessions. The package is valid forsixfor six months from the date of purchase and offers steady support as you explore and integrate new movement patterns. Sessions are non-transferable.

Whether you’re nearby or anywhere in the world, you can join Hanna Somatics sessions. Online sessions are offered via Zoom or Google Meet. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera so your movements can be seen and guided clearly. In-person sessions include verbal guidance and may also include gentle, hands-on Somatic work to support your learning and release.
Verbally Guided Movement
Each session is guided by voice. You are led step by step to help sense and explore movement within your own body. Patterns are observed and clear adjustments offered when needed. You’re encouraged to ask questions and move at your own pace.
Gentle and Accessible
Hanna Somatics is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or experience. The movements are gentle and easily adapted. You can choose a smaller range of motion or even visualize the movement. Visualization alone can still create meaningful change in the neuromuscular system.
Slow, Mindful Practice
In Somatics, slower is better. Moving slowly allows your brain to fully sense and retrain your muscles to release unnecessary tension. The slower and more consciously you move, the deeper the transformation.
Awareness-Based Learning
Awareness is at the heart of Somatic education. You’re not just moving, you’re learning to feel from the inside out. Bringing more presence to sensation helps the nervous system restore balance, coordination, and ease.
Comfort and Adaptability
Sessions are usually done lying down but can also be adapted for sitting or standing. Movements may include gentle sequences on your back, sides, or stomach. If any position is uncomfortable, the session is modified to suit your needs. A few pillows nearby can help support certain movements.
